What will I receive in my box?
A curated collection of five to six full-size nail products from your favorite nail brands that encourage you to try and test at your nail table. Many items are pre-release or exclusive to the box.
When will I receive my box?
Boxes are shipped on or around the 25th of the first month in the bi-monthly edition. (Example, the September/October box ships September 25th, The November/December box ships November 25, etc.) Boxes are shipped USPS from Chicago, IL, so most subscribers should receive their box within 3-5 business days. If you sign up after the initial shipment date, you will receive a box immediately, dependent upon stock levels.
How much is the box?
Domestic (US) subscriptions are $59, including shipping, and are automatically renewed bi-monthly. Any subscriptions outside of the US do not include shipping and are renewed automatically.
What comes with my subscription?
Your bi-monthly box, plus access to the member Facebook group, where you can view product knowledge information, SDS sheets, and videos showing inspiration and how to use the products inside each box.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged during the shipping month on the 15th, and every other month thereafter.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You may cancel your subscription through your account portal or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, please do so before the 14th of the renewal month to avoid additional charges.
Do I need a license to receive the box?
Yes. We partner with many professional brands that aren’t available to the general public. In order to ensure subscriptions are going to nail professionals, a current cosmetology or nail technician license on file is required to receive your box. For our international subscribers, you will need to upload proof of certification or qualification. Those accounts without license verification will be contacted via email before their box is shipped, and if no license information is provided, the subscription will be cancelled.
Can I receive the box if I’m a student?
Yes! Upload a photo of your student ID, hours sheet, or enrollment confirmation, and send us an email at email@example.com with your anticipated graduation date.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We do! The Nailscape Box ships to 42 countries, a list of which can be found here. International subscriptions will also require subscriber to pay shipping charges above the subscription price. Receiver is responsible for any and all tariffs, VAT, or customs charges incurred by receiving the box.
Can I return my box?
Returns of shipped boxes are not accepted. Exchanges or replacement items are considered on a case by case basis due to damage in shipment. If you experience an issue, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include any relevant information and photos of how the box/items were received.
